Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after successful order confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day. Every garment is carefully hand-inspected and sealed in our bespoke protective packaging prior to courier handover.

- Major cities and metro areas: 3–7 business days
- Other serviceable locations: 5–10 business days

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination and current store settings.
If the order qualifies for complimentary shipping, the applicable shipping charge will be shown as ₹0 at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided when available. You will receive courier details and an Air Waybill (AWB) reference to track your shipment in real time.
Delivery Address & Amendments
Please ensure that your shipping address, contact phone number, and PIN code are complete and accurate before placing your order.
MARSH BARBARY cannot guarantee changes to the delivery address after an order has been dispatched from our facility.
Delivery Delays & Inquiries
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery period, please contact us using the contact details provided on the website. Our concierge team will liaise directly with logistics coordinators to expedite resolution.
